Shipping Policy
TACTI-SAC primarily uses Australia Post to ensure you get the best possible service at an affordable rate. If you have a preference for a specific carrier please contact us prior to ordering.
Urgent Orders
If your order is urgent, please contact us via email, text, or phone before to placing your order so we can expedite packing and dispatch for you.
International Shipping
At present TACTI-SAC only offer automatic shipping to addresses within Australia. Shipping to overseas destinations will be considered on a case by case basis and is by prior arrangement only. If you are interested in ordering items for international delivery, please reach out via email to discuss options and arrange a quote.
Freight Cut Off Time
While we do try to hold most items in stock, we do occasionally have to make some items to order. Orders received before 12pm are typically shipped on the day of ordering or the next day. Orders received after this cut off on a Friday are shipped the following Monday.
Depending on the freight carrier selected, some orders may take additional business days to get to regional areas. When your order has been picked, packed and shipped you will be informed of your tracking number and the website link to track your item. Most shipments made by TACTI-SAC will contain a tracking number. Please note that if you select the Auspost Envelope option available for some of our smaller items, these will NOT include tracking unless you specifically select it during the checkout process.
