Shipping Policy
TACTI-SAC primarily uses Australia Post to ensure you get the best possible service at an affordable rate. If you have a preference for a specific carrier please contact us prior to ordering.
Urgent Orders
If your order is urgent, please contact us via email, text, or phone prior to placing your order so we can expedite packing and dispatch for you.
Domestic Australian Orders Only
At present TACTI-SAC only offer shipping to addresses within Australia. If your order is unable to be sent to you because of this restriction, we will contact you to cancel the order, and attempt to help you with an alternative solution. For more information please contact us.
Freight Cut Off Time
While we do try to hold most items in stock, we do occasionally have to make some items to order. Orders received before 12pm are typically shipped on the day of ordering or the next day. Orders received after this cut off on a Friday are shipped the following Monday.
Depending on the freight carrier selected, some orders may take additional business days to get to regional areas. When your order has been picked, packed and shipped you will be informed of your tracking number and the website link to track your item. All shipments made by TACTI-SAC will contain a tracking number.
